My Fitness Journey :)

By creating this blog I hope to not only share my fitness goals/trials/success stories but also add a sense of accountability to my actions! I will upload my "before" picture as soon as I come to terms with it. :)

My current goal (obsession) is to row 500 meters in under 1:50. I’ve got my time down to 1:59 which is still very exciting for me. I REALLY need to work on exerting my all for a short period of time. Once I feel fatigued (@ about 1 minute) I basically give up.
