Alright, I know this post falls a few days late as Lent began last Wednesday BUT I have a decent excuse — I was still in Hawaii. This year for lent I’d like to do things that better myself. Per usual I’m going to restrict my diet and exercise more. There are some specific details I’m going to set that I will write down and keep on my desk as a daily reminder. I’ve also decided that I’m going to continue to restrict my alcohol consumption (something I already do), go to stations of the cross every single Friday in Lent as well as volunteer as much as my schedule lets me!
I went for an hour and fifteen minute run today — it felt amazing and was a great way to get back on track. Thanks to Pat Flynn I’ve added more than running to my workout routine so I’ll be hitting the gym tomorrow to do a kettlebell routine. :)
